A whole game, cut to the reps.
Not a highlight edit — a full-game cutup, every rep in sequence, the way a position coach actually watches tape. This is what the grade is built on.

The real sequence
How recruiting actually works
Phase 1
Build your film base
Recruiting starts on film, not at camps. Coaches watch tape first, highlights second — send full games that show your whole role.
Phase 2
Get your transcript graded
A player transcript turns raw footage into a document every coach knows how to read — with a clip linked to every grade.
Phase 3
Build your target list
15–30 programs at the right level and fit beats 200 generic emails. Position need drives the list, not prestige.
Phase 4
Start outreach right
A brief, specific first message: transcript link, class year, one direct question. Under 100 words. Follow up once.
What you actually get
Not hype. Hardware.
You're not buying an outcome — nobody honest can sell you that. You're buying a set of assets and a capability that exist whether or not the outcome arrives.
Advanced film breakdown
Every play you submit gets a number attached — assignment, technique, effort, execution, decision. A certified grader, not an algorithm.
Player transcript
A recruit-ready document with film clips linked to each grade — the format college staffs already read.
Recruiting blueprint
A target list built on position, class year, and geography — plus the outreach templates that actually get a reply.
NIL & financial literacy
Real education on deals, contracts, and taxes — the part nobody teaches until after the expensive mistake.
Where it can go
Start small. Go further only if it earns it.
The evaluation is the front door. Everything above it is optional.

This is the graded record — the grade in document form, yours to send. The Full Player Evaluation ($999) reads it for you: the five-category composite and trend, the evidence audit, a four-week plan, and the review call. Same grade either way — the number never changes with the price.

If you want the tools · The Verified Season
Ongoing capture and grading across the season, joined into one profile that compounds. It's built to run multiple seasons — 7th grade through post-grad (roughly ages 13–19). Every season delivers the same work; what changes is how many seasons stack behind the record. Start earlier, and the profile runs deeper by signing day. Prices shown are per-season starting points — multi-year plans are fixed and quoted on the call.

Subject·Report is not a media company. We grade film and issue the verified number — nothing that varies with a grade. When you want the highlight film, the season cut, a creator on-site, or digital assets ready to post, that's Subject·Medias — our media partner.
Why two companies? The grade can't move a dollar. Keeping media in a separate house means the evaluation never has a reason to flatter — the number and the content are made by different hands.
On-site & on-demand
Book a creator
A shooter, editor, or content creator for your event, game day, or shoot — booked through Subject·Medias and matched to what you need captured.
The content package in a Verified Season is produced by Subject·Medias. Both companies operate under Trail of Joy Player Management Group, LLC.
Plan ahead · 2–4 weeks out
Have an event to cover?
Book coverage 2 to 4 weeks ahead and we lock a Subject·Medias creator to your date. Start a request and we'll set a quick call to arrange it — location, what to capture, how many athletes, and delivery.
Coverage is produced by Subject·Medias — the separate media partner. Short notice is welcome when a creator is free, but a couple weeks' lead time guarantees your date.
Disclosure · how we get paid

Optimum Grading

Never. Same fee whether he grades a 60 or a 95.
PlayerData

Never. No number he runs changes what we make.
The moment a grade moves a dollar, the word "verified" is worth nothing — so it never does. Not for us, not the evaluator, not the athlete.
We also cannot change a grade once it's issued; the evaluation runs on Optimum's methodology and personnel, not ours.
What we won't sell you
The market runs on numbers you can buy. We don't count them.
Follower counts & impressions
Buyable, and they measure nothing about the athlete.
"Exposure"
Nobody has ever defined it. It isn't a measurement.
Guaranteed offers
No one who promises them is telling you the truth — and we won't either.
Rankings & star ratings
Someone else's opinion, resold to you as your outcome.
A number you can buy is a number that can't be trusted. We only report what the film supports — the graded record, the composite, and the honest read, including when the answer is "not yet."
In their words
What families say about the process.
Individual experiences. Nothing here is a promise of an outcome.
An honest read
"They told us exactly what the film supported and what it didn't. We finally understood the process instead of guessing at it."

Questions we get
Answered honestly
Transcript vs the Full Evaluation — what's the difference?+
The Player Transcript ($499.99) grades a body of film into one document — the verified grade, tape review, written summary, and a published profile you can send. The Full Player Evaluation ($999) takes that same grade and reads it for you: the five-category composite and trend, the evidence audit, a four-week plan, and a 30-minute review call. One is the record; the other is the diagnosis. The grade is identical in both — the number never changes with the price.
Does the $999 count toward anything?+
It credits in full toward a Verified Season if you start within 30 days of the review call. After that it doesn't — if it credited forever, the evaluation would just be a sales call with an invoice attached.
What if we just want to do it ourselves after the report?+
Good — that's a real outcome, and plenty of families take it. The report is yours to keep, with the four-week plan, and we check back at thirty days either way.
Who actually grades the film?+
A certified grader inside the Optimum Grading platform, scoring across the fixed five categories, with every grade linked to the exact clip. On family-facing surfaces the grader is identified by number (e.g. Certified Grader #A-11), not name.
Can the number ever be a "not yet"?+
Yes, and sometimes it should be. Some evaluations end with the honest answer that the film doesn't support the level yet. We'd rather tell you that than sell you around it.
Is this NIL-compliant?+
Yes. Agreements are structured to comply with current (2026) NIL guidance. If you're in a state with restrictions, we walk you through what you can and can't do. Your eligibility is not something we put at risk.
